Happy with the purchase
This is what I expected and it wears well. The fit is slim but not too tight. Everlane used to offer these pants in an "Athletic" fix and I hope they do again. Those pants fit a little bit looser but just right for me. One minor complaint is that this material seems to mark up easily. It's fine for casual wear but not quite dressy.

Cheap material, bad cut, expensive price
Most disappointing clothes have bought in many years. I wanted an alternative to Bonobos when they were out of stock and when they stopped having sales. I did quite a bit of research and saw these pants had great reviews. So I bought two in one go. They are horrible - to the extent I have stopped reaching for them: - the cut is quite weird. I never have fit problems with pants, but these are somehow always not sitting quite right or riding up weirdly. And then there is the very tight crotch space - The material is cheap. These are NOT $100-per-pair worthy. The material is no better and possibly worse than JCREW factory. It wrinkles very easily, and then has a weird sheen - The worst part - they are IMPOSSIBLE to iron. Like the way the pants are sewn, you cannot get the garment to sit flat enough to be able to iron. When you straighten and iron one side, you are creating a wrinkly disaster on the other side. Last - Everlane is definitely playing some sort of game with its reviews. It just doesnt make any sense that these will be highly scored.
